Thanks to those of you who attended yesterday’s Smartshot webinar. A recording will be posted on the blog later today – apologies for the delay!
So, apparently there’s some kind of tournament starting up tomorrow? Involving a cup? I thought we just won one of those here in Chicago.
We kid, we kid. Of course, at the same time Chicagoans will be calmly and orderly parading around downtown, the World Cup kicks off (yeah, pun intended) with the host country playing Mexico.
And, while there are MANY folks who are understandably excited about this madness, a decent portion of those fans might be struggling to keep up with exactly who plays when. Between the numerous countries involved, the different sites for each game, and adjusting for the South African time zone, there’s simply a ton of information to process about the tournament.
However, the site marca.com has come up with a remarkably efficient way of organizing and displaying this information. Take a peek at their interactive calendar here. For any brands that are struggling with how to visually communicate a complicated set of information, this calendar should give you some great ideas.
Thanks to Michael Goulet for the tip!
