Before moving on, we should mention a thing or two about these trends. We settled on these ten trends after carefully analyzing marketplace and cultural shifts all year. As a result, these are trends, not fads. They reflect long-term shifts in values and attitudes, and won’t be disappearing any time soon. That’s why we’ll be tracking each of these trends at the Awesome Blog; they have already been added to the category lists above (under “Sociocultural Trends are Awesome”).
